MODIFIED CITRUS PECTIN
Citrus pectin is a water-soluble fiber found in the pulpy part of grapefruit, oranges, and other citrus fruits. In a special process, the citrus pectin is "modified" or broken down into particles small enough to be absorbed into the bloodstream.
