How Should I Care for My Vitamins?
Dietary supplements generally have a 2-3 year shelf life. Vitamins and herbs should be stored in a cool dry place. Do not refrigerate because the moisture will speed deterioration of your supplements. Probiotics (acidophilus and other friendly organisms) may require refrigeration. Read product labels for guidance. The same applies to some oils such as flax seed oil.

May I order online without creating an account?

May I redeem Frequent Buyer points on the website?
Since our web system is separate from the invoicing system, we must apply the earned credit to your invoice. Please e-mail us at service@vitamintrader.com or phone us to inquire about the status of your earned points. Points will be applied according to the details of the Frequent Buyer Program.

Can I save more by purchasing a case quantity of a product?
Yes, we offer an additional 10% discount on cases of 12. Case discounts are not available for sale items. We will hold orders until the full case can be shipped, unless you choose to pay an additional shipping charge for a partial case shipment. A flat fee is charged for shipping to a UPS address in the continental USA, which translates into additional savings. If the item is a heavy item (marked with an * in the catalog, additional shipping charges may apply.
