GREEN FOODS
Green foods are known as ‘superfoods’ that are rich in protein, trace minerals and phytonutrients. Science has linked green foods to heart health, cognitive function, blood sugar and immune health and as aids to detoxification. They come in a range of combinations that include microalgae, cereal grasses, land plants, vegetables and seaweed.
