Suggested Use:

Organic Cleanse 1: Take 2 capsules in the morning on an empty stomach. Follow this regimen day 1 through day 14 of this program.

Organic Cleanse 2: Take 3 capsules in the morning with 8 ounces of water and 3 capsules in the evening with 8 ounces of water. Or, take 6 capsules in the evening with 8 ounces of water. Follow this regimen day 1 through day 14 of this program. May decrease to taking 3 capsules daily if bowel elimination is sluggish. Drink plenty of water while using this product.

Organic Cleanse 3: Take 2 capsules at night with 8 ounces of water. Follow this regimen day 1 through day 14 of this program.
